Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a PRO Services Sales representative who builds trusted relationships with professional customers in the hard-surface flooring contractor market.

You will support the PRO desk, manage orders, and help sign up customers for PRO Premier Rewards and Credit programs. Collaborate with installation, materials, and design teams to grow the PRO business, train store colleagues on selling processes, and maintain expert knowledge of Floor & Decor

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the store team on selling processes and educate PRO customers about benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate and assist PRO Customers in-store activities.
