Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pro Sales Leader in Arlington, TX to drive growth in our Pro business across a designated territory and to collaborate with the Chief Executive Merchant and Regional Pro Services Manager to hit financial targets.

You will prospect pro clients via phone, in-store and outside sales, develop pricing strategies with management, and coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing on campaigns. Daily travel is required to call on customers.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop recommendations.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to deliver executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients via telephone, in-store, and outside sales.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with guidance from management.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and marketing on campaigns to maximize sales.
• Prepare and submit reports on leads and status; track prospects' calendars.
• Make sales presentations to prospective customers and solicit orders.
• Meet new clients to assess satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Develop and submit proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs.
• Travel daily within the territory to call on customers.
