Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pro Sales Leader to drive the pro business within a designated sales territory, increasing sales growth and profitability.

You will monitor KPIs, build client relationships, and collaborate with executive leadership to meet financial targets. The role requires strong outside sales experience, strategic pricing, and the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Persuasive communication skills (oral and written) and ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and be results oriented.
• Ability to be an effective team member and work well with others.
• Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned area to call on customers and solicit business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect continuously for new clients through various techniques including telephone solicitation, in-store sales and outside sales.
• Maintain current list of all prospects in electronic database as specified by company.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management direction.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
• Participate in trade associations, trade shows and promotional efforts.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Follow-up on referrals and leads to identify timing issues and prepare status reports.
