Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience.
• Support the PRO desk with phone calls, manage orders and customer support.
• Collaborate in all store initiatives to enhance business.

Skills

Retail or wholesale contractor sales experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Salesforce / CRM software

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate Degree or higher
