Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, understand their project needs, and drive sales growth. You will manage quotes, orders, and deliveries while promoting Lowe's Loyalty Programs and Pro Credit to grow Pro accounts.

You will collaborate with salesfloor, fulfillment, and external teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, while maintaining a safe and organized Pro Desk area and continuing to learn through Lowe's training platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• General Studies coursework or background.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs including scope, timelines, dependencies, and material requirements to offer relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned to the Pro project.
