Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, understand project needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will create quotes, blueprints, material lists, and manage orders and deliveries to support Pro projects.

You will promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts and drive sales while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail/sales environment.
• Ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• Experience in building relationships with customers to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries for Pro projects.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts and transactions.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk area and support store operations.
