Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in United States, Virginia, Franklin, is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and maintain inventory. This role promotes sales, handles returns, and supports loyalty programs while keeping the store clean and organized.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and automotive parts knowledge is a plus. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
