Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver/Delivery Associate to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will also pick up returns, maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and assist in upselling products.

The role requires safe driving, customer service excellence, and strong product knowledge. A valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
