Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, maintain store cleanliness, and support inventory processes. You will pick up returns, assist with upselling, and promote loyalty programs while building relationships with MainStreet/National Pro customers.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to navigate and use inventory systems. Weekends/evenings may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic arithmetic and read safety/operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote sales/loyalty programs.
• Engage customers and upsell/cross-sell to increase transaction value.
