Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to safely deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, maintain store cleanliness, and assist in stock and inventory control while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have safe driving, customer service aptitude, and basic math skills, with automotive parts experience preferred. A valid driver's license and ability to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation abilities.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and catalogs.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and promote loyalty programs.
• Stock and maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Build relationships with customers and provide product insights.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
