Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting loyalty programs and managing daily credit collections. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and help maintain store standards and inventory accuracy.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
