Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, drop off sales flyers, and collect on accounts while promoting loyalty programs.

In this role you will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist with upselling and cross-selling, and help keep the store clean and stocked. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Automotive parts experience is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
Other duties as assigned.
