Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers, assist with returns, and promote sales and loyalty programs.

You will support credit collections, upsell related products, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding store cleanliness and safety guidelines. You will engage with walk-in customers, learn store procedures, and help identify parts and services that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
