Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers, while building relationships and promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will also collect credit accounts and assist in upselling to increase transaction value.

You will maintain store cleanliness, stock levels and knowledge of inventory, ensuring excellent customer service during daily customer interactions and visits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock across departments.
• Engage with walk-in customers to recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
