Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Omaha, NE is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will also assist with inventory and encourage loyalty signups.

You will engage walk-in customers, upsell when possible, maintain store cleanliness, stock parts, manage daily credit accounts and build lasting customer relationships. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean record are

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock knowledge.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services.
• Other duties as assigned.
