Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute flyers and promote sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect payments or credit information as required.
• Build relationships with Pro customers and provide product insights.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Stock trucks and manage back stock/cycle counts.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
