Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pickup returns, drop off sales flyers, and collect credit accounts while building relationships with professional customers.

You will upsell and cross-sell products to raise average transaction value, keep the store clean, stock inventory, and assist walk-in customers with informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores as part of daily tasks.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts from customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase order value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Stock general inventory and back stock; perform cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and suggest parts or services.
