Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and support sales with loyalty programs. You will also handle daily credit accounts and maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals.

The role requires safe driving, strong customer service, and the ability to upsell. You will keep the store clean, stock parts, and assist walk-in customers with their needs.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Basic math to handle transactions and measurements.

Aufgaben

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and offer solutions.
