Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting loyalty programs. You will manage returns, build pro-customer relationships, and assist upselling to raise average transaction value.

The role also involves stocking, inventory control, and engaging with walk-in customers to discern needs. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a clean record, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish a plus.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Automotive parts or retail sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with CPS insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
