Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pickup returns, assist with core management, and promote loyalty programs while building relationships with customers and team members.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to upsell. You will work primarily on-site, with physical responsibilities including lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to upsell.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in UPS/returns management and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves; assist with cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and upsell products.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment to track parts and stock.
