Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will support weekly promotions and help maintain a positive, fast-paced shopping environment.

The role requires safe driving, basic math, and the ability to use inventory systems. You will assist walk-in customers, stock shelves, and participate in routine store maintenance and cycle counts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers safely.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
