Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while also handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and building strong customer relationships.

The role involves upselling, cross-selling, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work with MainStreet and National Pro customers, engage walk-in customers, and learn the parts inventory systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Automotive parts knowledge or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers safely.
Pick up returns and cores from customers.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Maintain relationship with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and stocking duties including back stock and cycle counts.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
Operate inventory systems and store equipment; perform other duties as assigned.
