Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will also handle returns, stock shelves, and assist customers by recommending parts and services.

The role requires strong communication, a can-do attitude, and the ability to lift heavy items. While building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, you’ll use a delivery board system and inventory knowledge to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, catalogs, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and upsell products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
