Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Annapolis, MD is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts, assist with returns, and promote loyalty programs. You will stock, clean, and maintain the sales floor while building strong relationships with pro customers.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, a valid driver''s license, and excellent communication skills. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
