Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Easton, MD seeks a customer-focused Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, collect returns, and support sales initiatives.

You will build relationships with Pro accounts, upsell products where appropriate, maintain store cleanliness, and handle basic inventory tasks. Must have a valid driver's license and High school diploma, with an emphasis on safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Ability to work flexible days, evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stock and inventory.
• Engage walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
