Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick and stage parts, safely deliver to pro customers, and collect payments while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist with upselling and cross-selling, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy. This role requires good English communication, safe driving, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
