Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Asheville, NC is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and support weekly promotions and loyalty programs.

You will build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy while working flexible days and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance.
• Walk/stand for extended periods; work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting sales and loyalty programs.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory readiness; stock and back stock as needed.
