Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to pick up returns and cores. You will drop off weekly flyers, collect credits, and build strong relationships with national pro accounts while promoting loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes safe driving, effective communication, and upselling, with responsibilities for inventory, back stock, and customer-focused service across day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize inventory and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Operate inventory systems and use store equipment as required.
