Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver responsible for safely picking, staging and delivering parts to professional customers. You will collect returns, distribute flyers, and manage credits while building strong relationships with national pro accounts.

The role involves upselling products, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking inventory, and engaging customers to identify their needs. Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
