Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Richmond, VA is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, stock and maintain the store, and engage with walk-in customers to identify needs. You will lift and move parts, promote sales and loyalty programs, and ensure safety and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with pro customers and provide insights learned while deliveries.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
