Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts for pro customers. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, promote loyalty programs and handle daily credit account collections.

Responsibilities include upselling products, maintaining stock and store cleanliness, and engaging with walk‑in customers to assess their needs and suggest suitable parts or services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs via weekly flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk‑in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
