Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and support in-store sales and loyalty programs.

You will collect payments, build relationships with major pro customers, upsell where appropriate, and keep the store clean and stocked. Responsibilities include daily delivery duties, communicating with customers, and helping customers select the right parts and services.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation abilities required.
• Able to use delivery board system for orders and routes.
• Friendly, persuasive communication with customers.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and store equipment.
• Sales aptitude with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking duties.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
