Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver auto parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, upsell products, and promote current sales and loyalty programs while maintaining clean, organized store areas.

Daily duties include collecting credit accounts, building relationships with major pro customers, and staying knowledgeable about inventory and new arrivals to assist sales. Multiday/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales & loyalty programs.
• Collect credits for accounts daily.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, sharing CPP insights.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, stock areas and back stock.
• Assist customers and recommend appropriate parts or services.
