Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Driver/Delivery Associate to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, distribute sales flyers, and assist with credit collections, while promoting our loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell and cross-sell products, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds with assistance.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Operate inventory systems and stock parts daily.
