Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and support promotional activities and loyalty programs. You will engage with walk‑in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and stock maintenance, and uphold store cleanliness and organization while handling daily credit account activities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking duties.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
