Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to professional customers and drive sales through upselling and strong customer service. You will maintain inventory, stock back room, and support store operations while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, good communication skills, and the ability to work variable shifts including weekends. Prior auto parts knowledge is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers and leadership.
• Read and interpret safety instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Operate inventory systems and maintain stock knowledge.
• Keep store clean and stocked; handle back stock and cycle counts.
