Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will also handle returns, promote loyalty programs, and build relationships with key customers while supporting sales goals.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic math and strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
