Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a delivery driver who will pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and handle returns. You will promote current sales, collect payments, and grow relationships with customers while maintaining store stock and cleanliness.

You should be able to upsell, engage customers, follow safety rules and work varied shifts. A valid driver's license is required, with an emphasis on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
