Advance Auto Parts is hiring a delivery driver responsible for picking, staging, and safely delivering parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, collect payments, and promote sales while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong English communication, and the ability to upsell and build customer relationships. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Comfort with using a delivery board system and basic inventory processes.
• English language skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and process daily credit collections.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs via flyers.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with cycle counts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
