Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an energetic driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and take part in promotions and loyalty programs. You will maintain inventories, handle returns, and assist with daily credit account collection.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and upselling to increase transaction value. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and automotive parts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English; communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
