Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers while maintaining store presentation and inventory. You will also handle returns, engage with customers, promote loyalty programs and process credit accounts as needed.

This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds with assistance. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with walk-in customers and supporting sales

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and catalogs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Assist in inventory and restocking.
• Engage walk-in customers and recommend products.
