Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, and to assist with returns and inventory tasks.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, promote loyalty programs, upsell where appropriate, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

The role requires safe driving, basic math, English communication, and the ability to work flexible days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
