Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a driver who can pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers while engaging with walk-ins to identify needs and promote products and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include returns, core pickups, delivering flyers, credit account collections, maintaining store cleanliness, and stocking. Automotive parts experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Develop relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers to provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy (stocking, back stock, cycle counts).
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
