Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable Driver to support pro customers by picking, staging and delivering parts, collecting returns, and promoting loyalty programs.

The role includes daily credit account collection and strengthening relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Ideal candidates will have safe driving, strong communication, basic math skills, and a willingness to upsell and learn about new products.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
