Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a proactive Parts Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver auto parts to pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will also handle returns, manage daily credit account collection, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. The role involves upselling, stock maintenance, and assisting walk-in customers with product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
