Lowe’s is hiring for a Loader role in MA to deliver excellent customer service, assist with loading and staging orders, and support in-store operations. The job includes handling power equipment safely, maintaining stock, and assisting with large orders across Garden Center and Pro areas.

Formación

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
• High school diploma or GED

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection
• Operate store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department
• Communicate all stock, special order merchandise, product features, application, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures, including proper use of power equipment, spotters and safety devices
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Pro Desk responsibilities: support Pro customer relationships from arrival through order completion
• Engage Pro customers while assisting with loading, staging, and order fulfillment
• Remain visible and available to support customers in the Pro loading area
• Respond quickly to customer loading requests
• Build relationships with repeat Pro customers and enroll in Pro Rewards and Pro Credit offerings
• Ensure Pro Standards in parking lot and under Pro canopy
• Complete required power equipment and spotter training
• Load customer vehicles safely and accurately
• Support large, high-quality orders while maintaining accuracy and safety
• Partner with Garden Center Supervisor to stage orders for pickup
