Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking team members for Loader roles to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting loading, staging, and order fulfillment across store sections including Pro and Garden Center. You will assist customers, handle merchandise loading, and maintain safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with large orders, using store systems, and ensuring product quality and safety during loading.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders with accuracy and speed.
• Safely use power equipment and store technology to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Help keep store and parking areas clean, safe, and organized.
