Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader for our store in Ohio. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, locating and loading merchandise, and supporting checkout and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include handling large and small orders, operating store equipment safely, maintaining stock, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment. Experience with retail technology and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies, procedures and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management or Asset Protection.
• Operate store equipment as needed in respective roles and departments.
• Communicate stock, special order merchandise, product features, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers and employees.
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures, including the use of power equipment and spotters.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
