Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help execute key PRO priorities, collaborating withInstallation Materials and Design Services teams.

Required are a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with 1 year in contractor sales or related roles. Bilingual abilities and Salesforce experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in the store in collaboration with the Store Team.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products and promotions.
• Train store staff on our selling process and PRO offerings.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO Credit Solutions and rewards programs.
• Assist PRO customers with sign-ups and app demonstrations.
