Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, assess project needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will prepare quotes, manage orders, and coordinate delivery while promoting Lowe’s Pro Credit and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and excellent customer service on the sales floor. The position requires at least a year in sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain required licensure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.
• 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience resolving issues and building relationships.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams).
• Professional certification related to the department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and driving sales growth.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
• Prospect new Pro customers and build relationships on the sales floor.
• Leverage inventory programs to win sales when items are unavailable locally.
• Partner with teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk and support store operations.
• Utilize Lowe's training platforms to update knowledge and selling skills.
